Voted as one of the top 5 Canadian outdoor adventures by European travel organizations.
Your adventure begins at the Corilair floatplane dock on the Tyee Spit, where you will board their The Haviland Beaver or their Cessna float plane. Your pilot will point out the many highlights of the region en route to the remote islands of Coastal British Columbia. Sit back, relax and take in the views as your pilot charts a path through the Discovery Islands to the fringes of Desolation Sound and Coastal Inlets, stopping at communities off the grid, rich with the history of the pioneering days of the coast. You will have the opportunity to get out at each stop to stretch your legs and soak up the local hospitality as we deliver mail and supplies at the Big Bay Postal Dock, Stuart Island, and the Blind Channel Post Office, on West Thurlow Island. You even get to stop at one of Canada’s very few floating Post Offices! The course may vary each trip, but being able to experience some of British Columbia’s most remote and beautiful scenery will leave you breathless.
Your combination trip will be either our Whale Watching Tour, Wildlife Tour, or our Grizzly Expedition. Depending upon aircraft schedules, you may have the option of taking a tour the day before your mail flight or the day after.
The combination isn’t possible to take the same day.
