The Grizzly Bear expedition requires a 50% per person deposit, nonrefundable.

There is a 7% mandatory conservation fee for the Grizzly bear expedition. GST not included.

A 50%* per person deposit is required for all other Trips. Same day reservations must be paid in full prior to boarding the vessel.

The 10% discount will be automatically deducted when you book.

VISA or MASTERCARD, for convenient booking.

Tax and a 1 dollar whale heritage site candidate fee per person is not included in the price of the tour.

Tour times are approximate. Eagle Eye Adventures reserves the right to cancel or modify any trip due to weather conditions, tide, or any unforeseen circumstances.

Rates and departures, subject to change without notice, of course, we try to reach everybody, but give us a call in advance and we can tell you the rate and departure changes.

Cancellation Policy

  • A cancellation fee of 100% applies for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or in case of no-show.
  • A cancellation fee of $15 per person applies for cancellations made 24 or more hours in advance.
  • Conditions may apply.

Gift Certificates

A fantastic birthday or holiday gift! Give an Eagle Eye Adventures gift certificate for a specific package, or a distinct dollar amount, which can be applied to any package of the receiver’s choice.

We’ll send the gift certificate to you (or the recipient) in an attractive presentation folder along with a current brochure.

Miscellaneous Policies

Alcohol and Drugs

Alcohol and illegal substances are both unsafe and unwelcome.

Consumption of alcohol is not permitted prior to or while you are engaged in an activity. Anyone consuming alcoholic beverages or who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances prior to departure will be denied access to the vessel.

Refunds or alternates dates will not be arranged. Final decisions will be made the Captain or the management.

Liability

Outdoors adventures are enjoyed by people of all ages. However, certain risks are involved in undertaking any outdoor activity.

We make every effort to provide you with the finest, most fun-filled trip possible. Our staff will provide a safety orientation prior, to the commencement of each voyage and it is important that you follow their directions and advice carefully.

Due to the nature of our business, all customers need to sign our waiver prior to departure.

Project


Eagle Eye Adventures is involved in helping scientists track the location and progress of animals in our area. Not only do we educate our guests, but we take high definition photos of the animals to share with our guests and with the scientists studying these creatures. We help keep track of the animals and their progress and maintain catalogs to document feeding habits, location, health, and reproduction.



Donate


Each year we support a different project, and through your generous donation, we help educate others and assist scientists in their research. We share this knowledge through trade shows, special events, websites and speaking opportunities.
