Important Note:

At Eagle Eye Adventures, we are deeply committed to respecting the natural habitat of the wildlife and whales we encounter on our tours. As guests in their environment, we strictly adhere to viewing guidelines to ensure we don't disrupt their behavior or harm them. While whales may approach our boat on their own accord, we never intentionally approach them. In Canada, we must maintain a minimum distance of 200 meters from orcas and 100 meters from humpback whales, except when a humpback mother is with her calf, in which case the minimum distance is 200 meters. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in following these guidelines. Please refer to our rules and guidelines page for more information.

At Eagle Eye Adventures, we are dedicated to providing the best possible whale watching experience. We proudly offer a Whale Guarantee Program, ensuring you'll have the opportunity to see whales on your tour. If you don't spot a whale during your full-day tour with us between May 1st and September 17th, we'll take you out again on a stand-by basis at no additional cost until you do. This guarantee applies to full-fare paying full-day Whale Watch Tour clients.
